Shipping policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests for locally stocked items will be processed within 10 days and delivery confirmed by way of SMS or e-mail. Requests for internationally stocked back order items will be processed within 60 days and delivery confirmed by way of SMS or e-mail.
PLEASE NOTE:
1) No items will be sent out before payments clears into our bank account.
2) EFT payments may take up to 2 business days to clear. As soon as your payment clears your order status will be updated to PAID.
3) EFT Orders that have not been settled within 7 business days will be cancelled.
5) Orders are regularly shipped out on Mondays to Thursdays once your payment has cleared and on product depending on availability.
